2.2 Quote Calculator
Our quote calculator does not store any personal data. All calculations are performed exclusively on the client side (in your browser) and are not transmitted to our servers.

Where processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), this interest consists of optimising our website and services. We have conducted a balancing test with your interests and fundamental rights and conclude that this processing does not disproportionately affect your privacy.
4. Data Recipients and Processors
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:
- Formspree Inc. (USA) — Processing of form submissions. The transfer to the United States is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
- Hosting provider — Website hosting within the European Union.
- Google Analytics (if enabled) — Anonymised website analytics. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your data with the processors mentioned above, who are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
5. International Data Transfers
Form data processed through Formspree is transferred to the United States. This transfer is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
All other processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Data Retention
We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: 2 years after last contact
- Analytics data: 26 months
- Cookie consent preferences: 12 months
- Invoicing and accounting data: 7 years (legal requirement under Belgian accounting legislation)
Upon expiry of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security Measures

9. Children's Data
